能生吃的鸡蛋 edible raw eggs:

意大利奶酪 mascarpone:
250克 250g
意大利饼干 lady fingers:
1盒 1 box
白糖 sugar:
10茶勺10 teaspoon
可可粉 cocoa powder:
少许 appropriate

买能生吃的鸡蛋。在北京,建议买这个牌子 Buy eggs that are edible when raw. In Beijing, I recommend using this brand

把三个蛋清分在大碗 Separate the three egg whites into a large bowl

把蛋黄分在中碗里 Leave the egg yolks in a medium bowl

蛋清加5茶勺白糖,用打蛋器把蛋清打开 Beat the white whites with 5 teaspoons of sugar

打到能够站立起来 (peak) Beat the eggs until it peaks (when it can hold up its peak shape)

意大利的奶酪叫做mascarpone,买不到可以买cream cheese,只要是软的奶酪就能做 Use Mascarpone. If you cannot find it, use soft cream cheese

把奶酪和蛋黄,加5茶勺白糖,用打蛋器拌匀 Blend the egg yolks and the mascarpone, add 5 teaspoons of sugar and mix well

拌匀后待用 Leave mixture aside

把蛋黄奶酪放入打好的蛋清 Mix the egg yolk mascarpone mixture with the egg white

拌匀后待用 Mix well and leave aside
